The Landings is Saint Lucia’s only all-suite resort built around a private yacht marina — the island’s only marina-resort combination of its kind. Three things set the resort apart. The Landings is genuinely all-suite — there are no traditional hotel rooms on property. Suites are organized into three categories by view (Beachfront, Ocean View, and Marina View) and each is available in one-, two-, or three-bedroom configurations. The resort’s signature dining room — recently reconcepted from the original Palms into Suru, an Asian-fusion concept that celebrates both Saint Lucian and Pan-Asian traditions. The Beach Club Restaurant

The Beach Club is the resort’s main all-day restaurant, set just off the beach with sea views from every table. Callaloo Beach Bar & Grill

Named after the iconic Caribbean dish of fresh greens, Callaloo is the relaxed beachfront grill — and a consistent guest favorite. The menu leans into local specialties: jerked mahi sandwiches, tiger shrimp creole, conch salad, breadfruit-and-saltfish croquettes, and bright tropical salads featuring papaya, plantain, and passion fruit. The Landings is not all-inclusive by default — most guests book the resort on a room-only or B&B rate. Soleil Spa

Soleil — named for the Caribbean sun and the warmth that runs through the property — is the resort’s 7,000 sq ft signature spa. Set on the second floor of the lobby pavilion with views over the marina and Caribbean, it features eight treatment rooms (some with private outdoor hydrotherapy terraces), a relaxation lounge, and a full-service beauty salon.
